How to read the Real Gucci Serial Number Tag versus the Fake ones ?

All real Gucci comes with number tag. Number tag which is behind the "Gucci" label is the second thing you look out. To differentiate the real over the fake, observe closely on the font use for the number. Also the quality is great and very well made, all the stiching is good and tight, leather cuts are clean, for some style, the top corner edge is rounded.

Number Tag explain :
Upper 6 number is the style

Lower number is the control number -- which should be unique to every bag, the number of numbers (4, 5, 6) could vary depending on how many were actually made

Following are some "Suspected" fake number tags :-

#Tip 1 : Observe the number "3". Gucci has a unique characteristic for number "3"

#Tip 2 : Obseve how light the imprint is.

#Tip 3 : Observe the cutting at the edge, how smooth or rough and its workmanship.

#Tip 3 : Observe the top edge, it should be rounded

Real tag is as follow. The biggest difference is the number "3". Look at how diferent 3 between the real and the fake.
