Written by deluxmall on 9:33 AMStudying the textile is one of the most challenging to tell if the bag is authentic. Following are examples of authentic bag, two things to notice.
(1) The "thickness" of the fonts for "GG"
Look at the textile between the two canvas below, the fake is so realistic that it is really hard to tell the fake from the real from the fake. But if you notice the fake "G" is thicker than the real ones. (Enlarge to see the differences). In some cases, the "G" is much slimmer than the real thing. Well unless you are bringing a real canvas against a fake, it is really hard to tell the differences. (Click to Enlarge Pic)
(2) The "triangle" that formed at the edge of "G"
If you observe closely at the edge, which differentiate a C" from a "G". The horizontal line across actually formed a inverted triangle. Refer to the following diagram for better understanding. This is a characteristc of the "G" font. (Click to Enlarge Pic)
